I won this auction last Saturday:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=3493222497&ssPage Name=STRK:MEWN:IT
Paid Sunday night through Paypal. Its been about a week now, and I havnt gotten a single email from him or anything in the mail. I dont think Im being scammed here, because of the feedback (333 over a few years), but there are a few negatives here and there. And many of them say "Fast shipping".
Either way, Im getting really anxious/nervous/stressed over here. Being a student working part time, I only make about $200 a month. I cant afford to lose any money. Having a pile of brand new computer parts sitting next to me brand new and ready to go while I use a 7 year old dying Dell doesnt help either.
Half of me thinks I should start trying to get my money back now, but the other half says to give him a few more days.
Suggestions?

Paypal allows you to recall the funds don't they?

You're probably not going to be scammed. He's only had one negative in hte past 12 months. Have you emailed him yet? He might have shipped it but not sent you an email saying he did.

Now I see why you are so anxious. Personally, I've never had good luck with buying computer parts through EBay. This guy seems legitimate enough so try to contact him but don't give him much more time. That's alot of money and I wouldn't be too lenient because of that.

Paypal requires the seller to ship within 7 days so if they can't provide proof of shipment by Tuesday (figuring from starting on Monday), you should get your money back. If they can't provide Paypal with any proof of shipment (tracking #) they will lose the money no questions asked because Paypal requires tracking on all shipments.

It Says Affordable Shipping
"Fixed shipping cost is $15.00 for USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days) with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is optional ($5.20). Shipping cost for United States only, international buyers to pay actual costs." You Should Have Got It By Now

Right. If its Prioirty, it shouldnt take long, especially how its in the NE and doesnt have to travel far.
Ive emailed him about a half dozen times already. Nada. Im gonna email him again in a few minutes, and again tomorrow night. Im using both the ebay contact form and doing it person to person. Looking at auction closer it says that he'll contact the buyer after the auction, but I ended up waiting until the next day to pay and still havnt gotten a single email from him.
On Tuesday Ill start filing fraud forms with Paypal and Ebay. Thats good to know Yoshi.
Thanks again.

You'll get your parts. The individual may just be waiting for prices to drop before shipping you the item so that the seller (I.E. not you) does not get screwed via the price.

Well, using some nifty ebay user info request, I managed to get some info on him.
User ID: spoken81
Name: Nathan Dumaine
Company:
City: North Attleboro
State: MA
Country: United States
Phone: (508) ###-####
Registered Since: Wednesday, Aug 18, 1999 15:18:43 PST
I just called that number. I got a machine saying "You've called ###-####, and leave a message" or something simmlar. No names mentioned. I gave my name, said that Im calling for Nathan Dumaine about an ebay auction last week, said that I havnt been able to contact him and left my cell number for him to call.
I do have a phone recorder that you plug into the jack and it records the convo, except I forgot to hit the "Record" button. Doh. ](*,) Ill try again later tonight with my cell. Im thinking that he may be on vacation, because the addess listed is in MA, but the location in the auction is in RI.
Progress, atleast
