I came across this a few days ago on joystiq.com, and checked it out. Currently in invite-only beta, it wants to pay players to winning in its game. Players use real money to buy ammo/health, which is lost when fired/hit by enemy fire, and earn money by shooting others, holding the pill (CTF), and destroying ingame environments.
Free for the beta, they are currently testing out how the currency system should work, values, removing exploits, etc. Considering it uses a similar system to moola.com, it'll be interesting to see if this plays out well. As for post-launch, players would be able to play for free for a limited time before money is required.
I signed up for the beta as well, still waiting to get in. As far as "gambling" is concerned, they claim it is not as there is no luck or "chance" involved, just player skill (or lack thereof). Thoughts?
