question about an auction I have

I put up an auction listing it for only 1 day and I already have 2 bids on it. Then out of no where, some guys says he'll buy my item flat out. I would take his offer, but the only thing stopping me is his feedback. He has no feedback, but it says he has been registered since November 2005. Also, there are other auctions with the same exact item that I am selling with a Buy It Now price lower than what he is asking for to buy mine. Wondering why he wouldn't buy those since they are cheaper. Anyway, should I take his offer?

I wouldnt cancel your auction just to sell it to him, especially since he has 0 feedback.

If he wants to buy yours, just tell him to bid.

Umm... it's against the rules for a buyer to try and influence an auction. How eBay knows if that's happening is another story. Frankly, at this point I'd say no to the nOOb and let him lose to the snipers at the end.
