What's the cheapest way to get connected wireless in my room?

All I have now is a dsl modem and my xbox, what's the cheapest way to get wireless x box live action in my room?

Do I need a router or what?

If you look in the xbox forum I am sure you can find a bunch of threads telling you the cheap ways. I know because I looked at them a while ago when wondering the same thing.

Just a suggestion, if you are going to be streaming video from your computer or doing anything on the xbox that requires a fast speed of transfer I would stick with a wired route. Its much faster and a lot cheaper.

Many DSL Modems are combined Wireless Routers. If this is your case, you need not buy a Router. If your modem is not wireless(Has no antenna) Then you need to buy a Wireless Router. Also you will need to purchase the Xbox 360 Wireless Adapter(99$ Retail).
