I went to see this tour last night it was awsome. The first band I seen was Downset and to my surpise they was good. The next band was Less Than Jake, they was ok. Time for the good bands, The Used was awsome, followed by Snoop which is alway a good show. Next was the big bands, Korn f ucked it up, security had to break up this huge pit ( the little girls was getting trampled) the best part they did one (metallica), and the wall (Pink Floyd). Ok time for Linkin Park, after taking a hour to set up they totally kick ass. The cover of NIN was the best. If you get a chance to see this tour I highly recommend it. But eat before you go that shit is expensive. 3.50 for a 20oz water, 7.50 for cup of beer.

Haven't heard of it. Biggest bands I ever saw were Fugazi and less than jake/aquabats. Other than that it's all local music for me. Except for the lrs fest on the waterfront a couple years ago. couldn't beat the price.

i was considering it
might bring my girlfriend if i went, i would have to bring her, second thought.

i just didn't know about downset, less than jake(sound like crap to me,from what i've heard) korn would be good, linkin park of course, but my girlfriend and i aren't rap fans. i like some(1-2) snoop songs.

i should have tried to get the free tickets from bestbuy. i was way to late. just went cuz i wanted to see if i could get lucky.

LTJ has some decent music from their older years. Haven't heard anything from them for about 4-5 years though.

I like less than jake, but their new stuff is horrible. Glad you had fun though.

Thanks for the link TomCloud, I saw the tour the 27th of July and came away happy and not banged up. I scored tickets when they did $15 for 15 hours a few weeks in advance, so good deal too. Eating in advance is good advice, one of the friends I went with had skittles and pez taken away because they were "outside food" yet a group of white trash was able to bring in weed and roll it up right in front of me.

Quick review: LTJ- pretty good, got there late, The Used- sucked it up, Snoop- pretty good, loves his weed, Korn- amazing, been waiting to see them for a long time, LP- great, saw them on the Family Values tour a few years ago, still impressive and earned headliner.

What I found funny was a group of girls (I'd guess 18-19) that didn't do anything the whole concert then start a mosh pit for LP. Didn't last long, but injuries to friends I was with included an elbow to the throat and head to the groin. Groin injuries are funny as long as it's not you.

different strokes for different folks... i love less than jake even there new album is fucking amazing... on the other hand i can't stand bands like linkin park and korn... especially korn. So it just boils down to what you like, i dont think less than jake fits on this bill though... seems wierd to me.

This hole thing upset me 'cause Projekt is a pretty nifty goth/etheral record label and when I saw the name I got all excited until is realized it had nothing to do with the label. Fooey on you major record labels.
