i thought he wanted WoW TCG cards.. in which case.. the best place to go for all your collectable trading card needs is www.coolstuffinc.com they have a great selection and fast shipping (I use this site when I need magic cards for a tournament on friday and I buy them monday or tuesday) they are also the most reasonable site in terms of not ripping you off just for convience.. these "timecards" i assume are prepaid WoW cards like a prepaid phone card or something.. i have no idea..
