Any trade deals for PSP original to PSP Slim?

Usually with these new portable systems, Gamestop/EB offers a discount if you trade in your old system for the new one. I was wondering if they had or will have something where you can trade in the original PSP for the new Slim model.

yea it ends the 13th, you get an extra 20 bucks with the coupon on the trade in of a chubby psp

That's pretty good, but when is the Slim coming out? I use my PSP daily to watch movies at work breaks, so I'd hate to part with it for a week or so. If I could do it like the day before, that would be great.

Also, will the Logitech PSP cover work with the slim, or should I trade that in as well?

Psp slim is out now I called them today but I don't know if i want to trad my old psp or not....if i don't me and my lil bro can play but he is such a fairy and i don't want to play full price....

If slim PSPs are unhack-able I'll save mine until they're impossible to get new and the eBay value could go up quite a bit.

Right now is the wrong time to get rid of your original PSP in my opinion, since the slims are being sold for a premium, which won't last very long either.

yea even if you trade in your psp for 80~ish, i dont think paying 100-120$ just to upgrade to a newer model that plays the exact same games is justified.
TV out, ram, 33% lighter, and etc are nice but not for that price.

PSP slims have already been hacked by m33.
still as a cheapass i cant see myself paying 100$ for those minor features.
