Ugh. I haven't done much with any of the Dietzel sites, and now I remember WHY!
So LAST Saturday (the 8th?) I had sent in a custom order for 33.99 points on VideoGameLagoon for Carnival Games at DeepDiscount.com. It was $33.99 free shipping + no tax. Well on the site it said that "will ship 9/11"..so I figured, whatever. The next day it gets processed and so I check deepdiscount and THEN it says "Will ship 9/19"....So a few days later it kept saying different dates.

I sent in a support ticket asking them if they can let me know what my ordered stated. Would it be shipped the 11th? 19th? That's all I ask for. I was VERY polite too (since if you get cocky with them they'll ban you..lmao)..5 days passed--no answer AND they closed the fuckin support ticket.

That is some bullshit right there.
Hopefully I can get this game soon so I can stop wondering "WHEN" it'll ship. God, their service blows.
