I got this game in a trade today. I was under the impression that the game came with a soundtrack with selections from both FF V and VI. I have the greatest hits release if that makes a difference. Am I missing something or should I have gotten the soundtrack as well?

I got a soundtrack with mine, however, I didn't get the Greatist Hits release.

The Music from FFV and FFVI bonus disc contains a selection of tracks, taken from the original soundtrack releases for Final Fantasy V (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_of_Final_Fantasy_V) (track 1–9) and Final Fantasy VI (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_of_Final_Fantasy_VI) (10–22), respectively. The CD does not contain the background music of the game's full motion video (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Full_motion_video) sequences and is only available in the initial release, not the Greatest Hits edition.

Yea, got my copy of Anthology GH and was expecting the soundtrack in it also, but none. Good thing my friend had it and let me borrow it, so its all good

In addition to having the green spine, it doesn't come with the soundtrack. That is just plain horrible.

Yeah, it makes the BL one worth a bit more. The Soundtrack doesnt have the best songs from either game, it is more of a sampler so unless your a hardcore Uematsu fan like me, you arent missing much.

You might as well save yourself the trouble and look for CD rips of the sountrack instead of trying to find the game and dishing out the money for it.

The soundtrack contains nothing but garbage. It takes the worse music from each game and puts it on cd. I'm ashamed that square took a vote on what music should be put on the cd, and completely disregard it and put this crap on it.
