Does anyone know of a program that can make an image of a floppy disk and then copy it to multiple floppy drives at the same time?

It has to be floppies to do bios updates from DOS on some of our older PCs we sell at work. Since we get really fucking grimey PCs, we go through a ton of disks.
Our hardware floppy cloner just ate it after about 12 years and a new one costs 2k+
