Looks like a Fatal Frame clone, but with a camcorder. Theres a lot of games were what you do effects the game, for example The Suffering. In The Suffering if you do more fucked up things than good you'll get a different ending. As for the trailer, Looks interesting.

damn that trailer took its sweet damn time setting the game up. hard to judge it just by that trailer, but hopefully its good. not really scary but if i was watching tv and i saw a dying persons face in some static like at the very end of the trailer, that'd scare the crap outta me.
