I need some help from the CAG community. In July after the PS3 price drop I made the plunge and was looking forward to the 5-free Blu-Ray movies with purchase. I sent in my form with 3 different things off the PlayStation 3 box since I wasn't for sure what exactly the UPC code was on the box.

I put everything in a standard envelope since it was just one full sheet of paper, one copy of my BB receipt, and three very tiny pieces of cardboard. When the letter was processed in El Paso, TX the machine cut it almost completely in half. The form and receipt made it to its destination, but the UPC code/s fell out. Now the Blu-Ray people sent my form back saying I have to have the UPC code.

I'm of course screwed. No one else I know has a PlayStation 3, and I have no way to get another UPC code. Is there anyone in the CAG community who bought their PS3 before the movie offer came out that still has their box that I can have their UPC code? We can work something out for your trouble.

Thanks in advance.

Wow that sucks, I hope it doesn't happen to mine also, since I did the same as you and sent it in with the three barcodes, but the post sent it back to me when I only had one stamp on it. Hmmm. Hopefully mine will arrive in tact and I will get my movies. Good luck to you.

Did you make a COPY of your UPC? If you did, I would send that and try to contact the rebate people.

Do people still not make copies of everything before they send in rebate forms? :-s Always, always, always, make copies of everything before you seal up the envelope.

I'll see if I can scan my UPC form and send it over to you. Drop me a PM as a reminder, if you'd be so kind.

The rebate says the only copy they will accept is for the receipt. I should of taped them to the letter but I didn't think about it. Also, there is no contact information anywhere on the bluraysavings.com website or the blu ray group home page.

You're in luck! I can hook you up.

I sent in the wrong bar code with my offer, but still received my 5 discs. So, the "POS Barcode" is still on my box.

Send me a PM.

Xeex, I'm going to try the image Shrike sent me. If that doesn't work, I'll definately be looking towards you. Thanks everyone!
