I just got this laptop at Staples for 500 dollars. But after looking online, they say that the laptop has problems if you ever need tech support and problems with the warranty. Does anyone have this particular laptop and have any good or bad experiences with it? I'm thinking about taking it back and getting a new compaq laptop which has similar specs, but at 200 dollars more.
