IS there any military 3rd person shooter (like socum) for the xbox ?? Or does anbody know of news of a game like that comming out ???

(i thought spectrum warrior was gonna be like socum)

I think its a Namco game, but I'm not sure, and of course, I forget the title.

Isn't Ghost Recon 2 a third person view? Would be closer to socom ... I don't know how far away the release date is though.

Ghost Recon is first person, but it's still a fine game. Great co-op play.

Hmmm. 25 to Life? They said that's supposed to be like a gangsta Socom. I also thought about Mercenaries, but I don't know if that's gonna be online. Also, love the new avatar.

the crosshairs on Ghost recon suck... why not just have a "+" .. they gotta make some weird ass circular thing that doesnt help you aim at all

There are the two Ghost Recon games for the Xbox, Rainbow Six 3, the new Rainbow Six comes out next month.

Believe it or not I have never played SOCOM. I didn't have a PS2 when it came out and thought the Xbox shooters kept my interest enough to not need to pick it up.

Full Spectrum Warrior kicks butt. It's not anything like any of those games though so I can see how some won't like it.

I know that Ghost Recon 2 will be third person. Finally, I hated that reticule only bullshit.
