Downloading files off the internet

Hey I was wondering if it was possible for me to download saved game files off of gamefaqs into my ps3. More specifically im trying to download the
marvel vs capcom2 file so i dont have to play through it again to unlock all the characters.

I think you need a PS2 Action Replay device to download any PS2 game saves. I doubt those devices work with a PS3 though.
