No idea, but are you selling 3 individual lots - each lot with 3 games (FF7/MGS/FF)? Your auction has a quantity of 3.

Yeah, you should, else you'll have two very unhappy people when the auction ends. If need be you should end the auction early and relist.
Also I don't think it's possible to add a reserve once a bid has been placed, though I may be wrong. One way to find out is to try to edit the auction.
