Well maybe this should be in the video game deal request since I'll be using it for my consoles but the device itself isn't an actual game product, but none the less. I'm looking for one with at least two HD component selectors more would be preferred of course, but also with at least one HDMI slot as well. (If it's even possible to do both on a box I'm not to sure yet since I've only been shopping locally.) And if it also had optical audio ports as well that would be a fantastic bonus.
Sorry if there already is another thread about this hidden in the depths of the CAG forum, but any help would be great.

You won't find a combo HDMI/component switch. Not to mention that if they did make one, it would cost as much as a receiver that has both. :)

Monoprice has good prices on a HDMI switcher. I don't have any experience with their component switch. I do have experience with the Audio Authority 1154A switcher and it is a fantastic switch, but it's about $180.

The Joytech TriLink has been great for me. 3 HDMI inputs, no discernible signal loss, and can be powered by a USB connection(PS3).

26.99 if you open a new Google checkout account, or 36.99 normally.

Get a cheap stereo receiver for the optical ports and component inputs.
