'Cool', or as the hip people say 'kewl'...

I feel like this is a lazy term... like if you don't care to think, you just use this... like the kids in EB this morning... they were looking at a demo of Burunji for PS2... they kept uttering how cool the game looked, and how cool the swords were, and how cool the NFL 2K5 game was, and gah, shut the hell up... we get it... use another damned word, for crying out loud...

That's why you use them to insult people or make a conversation hilariously disgusting/uncomfortable. "Cunt" is probably the most deplorable word in the English language by today's standards; which means laughs are abundant when you use it in reference to a bitchy girl.

A better question would be what slang terms I DON'T hate. Slang is butchering the English language! What the hell did English EVER do to you?! WHY DO YOU TRY TO KILL HER?! SHE'S INNOCENT! LEAVE HER ALONE!

...Sorry. But in case you can't tell, I REALLY hate slang. Mostly, I hate slang that is derived from slang the most. For example: What's up? is a slang term. However, it's become sort of ingraved into English and is acceptable now. Except now, people don't ask what's up anymore. It's Wazzap? or 'Sup? or Whatup, G?

Oh, and Internet slang must die and it must die NOW. "I see" is NOT spelled "IC." A fit of laughter is NOT pronounced "lol." A better way to put it would be "hahaha."

So, do yourself and the world a favor. The next time you hear someone say "fo shizzle" or any other term, beat them in the face with a shovel. You have my permission to beat them with sticks. We won't prosicute. You'd be doing us all a favor. (And a cookie goes to whoever can name where those last few lines came from.)

Just thought of one to add; though not as infuriating to the ears as "bling-bling", I recently ran into an old friend at Wal-Mart while waiting to get a TV. The conversation went as so:

Not an exact recollection, obviously, but his frequent use of "WORD" was damn annoying.
