When I saw this I was like Resident Evil 4: The movie, starring Brendan Fraser as Leon S. Kennedy! It's the jacket...I know lol.

ok, not exactly a perfect match, but it's the jacket, gloves, hair and position to the camera is what hit me!
I thought I saw a screenie of RE4 with Leon in that position.
