After the new 360 bundle is released this month, I'm sure the value will drop and you'll be able to find it for under $30.

got mine with madden at TRU, buy madden, get one half off. Great game, but PGR is now my style, no more race sims, its just a bad ass game.
long story short, there are deals if you look.

The going resale rate on Forza 2 has been around $30 (new sealed) for MONTHS now...

You can try Half.com. I bought Forza2 and Dead Rising together for about 55 bux there. That is if you don't mind slightly used games, but they do sell sealed games too sometimes.
