I'll drop a list, and I'll be repeating some games already mentioned:
Advance Wars DS
Lunar Knights
Bomberman Land Touch!
Izuna: Legend Of Unemployed Ninja (It has a spike in difficulty after the first two dungeons, so be prepared)
Both Castlevania Games
Super Mario 64
Mr.Driller: Drill Spirits
Bomberman
Scurge Hive (So far I'm enjoying it - 2 hours in the game)
Jump Super Stars and Jump Ultimate Stars
Kirby: Canvas CurseThose are all games I own, and I'd have more if my wallet could take it -_-

New Super Mario Bros.
Animal Crossing
Tetris (I'm shocked no one else has suggested this yet!)
Puzzle Quest

I've been hearing a lot of good things about Drawn to Life and Picross, but I haven't played either of them yet.

As someone mentioned, both Castlevania games. (I have Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow on my trade list for sale, so PM me if you are interested.)

[EDIT: Forgot to mention that the game is sealed GH version.]

These are a little off the beaten track but they really offer some unique play experiences that can't be had anywhere else:

Pac-Pix
Pac N Roll
Ultimate Spider-Man

I also forgot to mention Children Of Mana.

I finally was able to get to it in my backlog of games and I'm enjoying it so far (I'm 5 hours in)
