Halo 3?

I'm probably the only person left who hasn't purchased Halo 3. I keep telling myself I'll just rent it and play through once (you know, finish up the trilogy). But now everybody keeps telling me how much the multiplayer rocks and... well... I figure if there's any deals on it I might just drop the money and buy it straight away.

Soooo... any deals?

If you don't mind the hassle check ebay, I think alot of the on there are going at below MSRP. Also, you could use either the BB or GS/EB certificates for 10% off, bringing it down to $54. If you are looking at getting other games too, perhaps wait untill the 14th for the B2G1 Free deal at Toys R Us, therebye you could net it for $40 (counting each game at $40 if you get 3 $60 games for $120).

Other than those I don't see any really good specific H3 deals. I think what it comes down to is that most retailers believe they will be able to easily sell their inventory of this game, which most likely is true through the end of 2007.

I WOULD NOT get the limited edition if i were you...even if it is free. not worth getting scratched discs and having to send them back. that's what happened to me...except i paid for it at best buy...i returned that crap instead of sending it to microsoft for replacement discs which would take 2 weeks to get back.

i got mine off familyvideo.com for about 45 bucks shipped. that's the best deal i could find. paid for 99c shipping and i got it in 2 days. :)
