what is sadness? Ive had no luck finding anything on it. Do you guys know much about it?

As Apposum said, it's vapourware - albeit vapourware with some really nice concept art. I believe it's being made (it seems weird to actually use verbs when describing Sadness) by a small European company that has never done anything before.
But the concept art's pretty fucking cool.

The wiki probably covers it but the developer lost a publisher and then it disappeared. I imagine if Manhunt does decent this one might pop back up.
