Does anyone know when GoW2 going to be greatest hits? I dont know if i should pick it up during the TRU sale or just wait for it to drop in price. If it drops in November then i wont pick it up this week.

it'll probably be a while before GOW2 goes gh. it took a while for the first one 2 do it and since the game is so popular you can bet they will keep the price where it is for a while. you can get pretty good deals on it though and like you mentioned the buy 2 get 1 free deal is probably a good way to go or if you dont mind gettign it used someone on cag is probably selling it. i bought gow2 when it first came out and dont regret it. its definelty a worthwhile game to play and own with alot of extras.

Considering it has hit the required 400,000 units sold and 9 months on the market, it really could be any time now. I would expect it to occur just before Christmas to try to bolster sales of the PS2 over its competition.
Still, it's all speculation regardless of who you speak to at the moment. If you can wait another 5 months, go for it. If you can't, the b2g1 at TRU is definitely a good way to go.
the original was released in March and didn't became GH until March of next year. I say it will likely be early next year before it become GH.

It's only been out for seven months, so it needs at least another two months before going GH is even possible.
