Hey, the guy is being pretty decent in the way he's selling them.. let him be. And with a current bid of $125.. he's not making a killing here.

im not really too worried about him enough to report him....i tend to stay away from tattletelling (or however its spelled) unless im being screwed, someone close to me is being screwed, or i just dislike the person....

in my books, he hasn't done anything extremely wrong, and besides those games being bought for $4.99, hes only asking for $12.50 to $14.00 for any games of your choice....w/ less then a dollar shipping for each game....i really wasnt being a smartass when i said that this wasn't a bad way to get rid of those CC games....i dont care for hoarders, but hes not asking for what others are

What could you actually report him to eBay for?

I'd feel bad for the person who bids, theres really nothing there worth over $10. Its just all the left over junk he couldnt sell seperately

Thanks for pointing that out. I didn't even look at the link, I just assumed that it was a link to file a report.

I have no problems with someone buying an xtra copy for a friend or getting an xtra copy of something that is hard to find so you can trade with others or make a small profit to cover your expenses. This however is a bit extravagant , dont you think? How would you feel if this individual beats you to the last (5) copies of Rygar and you really wanted that game and this was the perfect opportunity to get one and he decides to take all (5) of them just because he saw them 1 split second ahead of you. The ad also said if I am not mistaken "no sellers" Am not judging anybody, to each its own but the main reason we love this site is because we are cheap ass gamers not cheap ass sellers. That belongs on e-bay.

Let's see $50 plus tax . . . say $4 . . . I'd say its a "killing" considering the quality of the games he's selling  Ebay fees and paypal fees and postage . . . his out of pocket might approach $70 and if he gets a bid, he collects $134 . . . nice profit.

The only problem that I have with this guy is the sheer quantity . . . he obviously has sold off nicer titles separately. I can see buying some extras to sell but scooping up every copy of every game does suck.

BUT, as George Bush and the Republicans demonstrate, "this is Capitalism" . . . every person for themselves. There is nothing to report to ebay . . . this guy is the perfect embodiment of ebay . . . buy low and sell high.

It's a shame, but only because even the lame games can make someone happy when they find them in store.

problem is, I can't find 10 games in there I would have any interest in playing. 3 or 4 maybe, but at 10 you are scraping the bottom of the barrel.

I reported him.
Not to be a jerk, but because I asked Ebay a while back about doing the exact same thing [trying to clear out a lot of random music CD's], and they specifically said 'No you can't, if you do, we'll cancel the auction, here's why' and linked to it. So I played by the rules.
And yes, the CC ads usually say 'No re-sellers' which is exactly what this guy did. You don't buy that quantity of those games for personal use.

I think hes going to have trouble coming up with a bundle that people will actually pay $12.50/per game for

not whining so much as trying to to see if some ignorant people on ebay will pay more then $10

Dude relax people, people have the right to make money in this country, not like he's gonna sell them anyways... LOL

The issue isn't the bundle, or that he's a scumbag hoarder.
The issue is that he is violating Ebay policy with his auction format. [Let me guess: 'Well, Ebay's auction rules suck!" It's a business, it's their rules, play by them or sell somewhere else. He could put every single one of those games on Half.com.]

There are some game in there that I would like to have, but not worth the asking price for them. Except Beyond good and evil which I think is worth paying for.

i know they're mostly crap games....but you can type in any one of those games on ebay and find some selling them for twice the amount that he is....trust me, ive seen some ridiculous prices on ebay since the CC sale...but ive also seen some amazing deals....i picked up tsugunai for $15 shipped and dual hearts for $21 shipped (brand new)....ive also picked up other titles that aren't so great, but cheaper then i could find anywhere else....you can also find forever kingdom sealed for $20 shipped
