this game (360 version) was found by many at the kmart clearance this week for 4.90 new. this insert is in the box next to the game manual. cabela's alaskan adventure comes with a subscription to 'how to kill God's creatures' magazine but if you read the bottom it says that you can get a mail in $10 refund (in check form i assume?). i havent tried this yet so until further notice ymmv. i suspect they may get all ants in the pants if you paid the low low clearance price of 4.90 or if you are lucky you can score this used at gs/eb/gc and send in that receipt/form. there is also cabela's african safari which may have this also but i cannot confirm b/c i did not buy that version of the game. i only bought the 360 version of alaskan adventure so if you have the ps2 version then peep that and post your resluts (not a typo). good luck players

How do you opt out of the subscription and take the ten dollars instead? I'm looking at my card and I don't know how. Good find op, I wouldn't have even looked at the card or the fine print.

Write it on every form you submit and on a separate piece of paper. It's funny that they need your receipt, so they'll definitely see that you only paid $4.90 for the game.

Also, make a copy of everything you submit for reference purposes. Taking advantage of this will more than likely require a phone call to get your moneys.

Anyone think they'll do this for more than one game? I only ask because alot of rebates are one per household or something similar and I got a couple of these to trade in for credit for CoD4.

on one receipt i have 2 copies of the game, i have to go back to big K and ask for another receipt. i plan to just mail these from my freinds addresses. if it works woohoo ten bucks, if not then i still got my 5$ game

Actually this works on any of the Cabela's games. They all have the subscription offer in it with the ability to opt out.

As long as they're not expired then they should work. When I got the African Safari game I signed my buddy up for the subscription because I had no use for it.
