Cheap blender?

Looking for a really cheap blender. Absolutely low end is fine. I'm not looking for anything fancy and I don't care about the brand or anything, as long as it can blend ice. Hoping to spend less than $20 shipped, and I'm fine with B&M deals or online.

Did a quick search and came up with this:

$19.96 online, but also available in stores and it crushes ice. I can't speak for quality since I'm in need of a blender myself.

Go to any B&M store like Target, Walmart, and most drugs stores in general have a $15-30 budget blender. Look at your options for the easiest to clean, if you're looking to use it daily.
