I recently took advantage of the Zune sale on Woot.com and got the Brown for $74.99 plus shipping. I bought 3 and will sell 2 to cover the cost of the one I am keeping. That's not the best part though. Now that the new Zunes are out Best Buy is clearing out all the old Official MS Zune products to heres my deals soo far:

Brown Zune $74.99 (refurb with 1 yr warranty from Woot)
MS Home AV Kit. $20.99 (Originally $104.99. The price varied at the stores that still had them. Some BB had them for as high as $41.99 and as low as $20.99. I bought all they had at $20.99 and will go to another BB and have them price match the low price)
MS Car KIt $16.33 (Originally $83.99.)
Hard shell Case $ 3.99 (Non-MS product)

Total amount spent:

Zunes - $229.97
AV Kits - $ 67.38 includes tax
Car Kit - $ 17.47
Case - $ 4.27

Total 323.36

Ending Profit 26.64 + a Zune, Home AV kit, Car kit and Case for myself.

Profit may change as I am going to a couple of other stores today to try and get a few more of the Home AV kits. I am also taking my receipt to some other stores to see if I can get the item price matched. With a average profit of about $30 dollars per AV Kit each additional unit will translate into even more money.

Yes, all the BB stuff is YMMV. You maybe able to get them to pricematch their own stores in the area as the price varies from store to store on these items.

I would but I only have one of the car kits. I found that while I was visiting my mother in my hometown this past weekend. I should have gotten all they had but I figured I would just get a couple when I got back to my current home. Needless to say none of the stores around my area here have any so I am out of luck. That's when I discovered the deal on the Home AV kit while looking for more of the car kits. I will be back in my hometown again in a couple of weeks and if they still have any, I will buy them all and I can hook you up. Hopefully they will still be there. Also, while at lunch I got 3 more of the Home AV kits so I am pretty sure there aren't any left in my area here.
