And just in case you are trying to find the game on their site by using their Search function, use the words "mega" and "anniversary" to get the 2 game listings. Megaman (one word) returns only the DVD movie results and NOT the games - they spelled it wrong for the game listings.

The T-shirt you get is awesome though, and worth paying a bit more. It has a blown up jumping Megaman sprite in the center with the 8 bosses from Megaman 2 forming a circle around it. It says "I beat the 8 robot masters!"

That image is from 80stees.com. They charge 20 bucks for it... not sure how much shipping is.
Most of their stuff is way overpriced. 20 bucks for a truckers hat?! Psshht.. I can get one for free from Bubba at the local rest stop. Sure, some "services" are required, but hey...

I preordered from Capcom, and you get a tshirt and poster. This was before gamestop was offering the preorder. I guess the collection isn't released until May 25th now (accor. to capcom)? I thought it was earlier... :(

No clue! There was no option to choose. I also didn't receive a confirmation email, so I couldn't write to them and let them know what size I wanted. I couldn't find a support email on their site, either. Kinda crappy, cuz you couldn't cancel it if you wanted to. I was a little disappointed. They'll probably have XL, which seems to be the default, but I want a medium.

You have to go into the Nintendo GameCube section (if you want cube), and it's the first game that comes up.
Geez, I hope Capcom is giving that one away. I would imagine it's the same, but you never know!

yea i didnt eveb see the sirt on their site just one with mega and lan on it. I PO'd the GCN version on bb
I think im gonna go ahead and preorder 2 from gamestop
they have free 5-10 day shipping if you order in feb (5-10 day sux, but oh well)

I could be way off here, but I wouldn't get your hopes up about the "8 bosses" shirt... it's most likely gonna be promotional-style thing with like a white background and the box art. Free shirts in giveaways like this usually don't look like one of those Hot Topic things.
But I hope I'm wrong.

Capcom site lists a generic May 2004 date. It was supposed to be released in March but Capcom delayed to May in late January maybe?

Gamestop is definitely giving out the 8 bosses shirt. I got mine, Thursday because i preorder the on Jan 30. It only came in Large.

I'd say there's no question about the GameStop shirt... the pics and everything pretty much confirm it. I'm not so sure about the Capcom one though. Wouldn't surprise me if the one from Capcom.com is like the box art from the game or something like that.
Now I'm just wondering which site to order from... a poster would be nice... but with GameStop I DEFINITELY know which shirt I'd be getting... ah, the tough choices a cheap ass is confronted with...

Oh, I thought the shirt GameStop was offering was a Capcom-endorsed shirt. In that case, you're probably right; the shirts are likely different.
