If you can track down one that has Forza 2 and Marvel bundled in, Get it. But make sure to get an extended warranty for *other* things that might go wrong after the one year is up. (The 3 year warranty only covers the 3 red rings and the one year covers everything but it's only one year)
For example.. My 360's DVD Drive won't always open or close and it's been over a year since I bought it. It wouldn't be covered for repairs if I didn't buy an extended warranty.

If you apply for the Target Credit card, you get 10% off everything, including game consoles.
Heard an Target employee explaining it to another customer.

Yea, if you get the Bundle with Forza 2 and Marvel UA packed in its not a bad deal for $450. I wouldn't bother with the extended warranty plans though, you are covered for 3 years on the RRoD from Microsoft now and while there are other failures reported the majority is RRoD.
Also the 10% off for signing up for a CC is a good deal at Target.
