About six to twelve months ago this was being clearanced at most retailers for $10 - $15. Because of this it's now pretty much gone from most stores. Your best bet is probably Gamestop or Game Crazy.

Good luck finding it new.
I got it for $15 new at Sears back in May / June. I don't know if I ever opened it.
