Just to reiterate, these controllers work just fine on an Xbox 360 as a standard wireless controller.

I answered your message, but just so everyone knows the question was are the controllers new and do they come with everything needed to set up.
The answer is yes, they are brand new and they do come with everything you'll need to set up. Once you're all set up you'll have a wireless controller for your PC that can double as a wireless controller for your Xbox 360. All you have to do to swap systems is press a little button to sync the controller with whichever platform you want to play.
