i have a dell 9200 dimension desktop. I got the hookups, 2gbs ram, 10k rpm hard drive, dual core, the works, however my card is a 7900gs.
should i upgrade to a 8800gts? if i did that id need a bigger power supply bc mine has 375 max output. 8800gts is 400 watt minimum.
what do u guys think? would it be worth it?

Yeah it would be worth it. The 8800GT is the best bang for the buck card in a long, long time.

If you're running a 7900GS, you'll be able to run an 8800GT or GTS.
The 8800GT would be the better value; better performance for the same cost of the 320MB GTS.

I would suggest stepping up to least a 500 Watt PSU. I personally would go 650. Just because you can run that system at Idle on that PSU, doesn't mean that you put Crysis in and run it on Max that the PSU might max out and crash your comp.

8800GT, don't get the current 8800GTS.
The NEW 8800GTS is apparently coming soon to replace the existing one. It is supposed to be similar to the 8800GT, but slightly better. I'm not sure if it will be worth waiting for, or if the price will justify the performance gains.
