Need assistance of a MOD

I had been working with Shreik on a trade issue that has left me with a "Trading timeout" moniker undeserving.

Of course that's just my opinion, however Shreik will not help me further. His last response was "Please take up the matter with another mod, as I am no longer able to resolve the issue for your needs"

This issue has been pending for several months and I would like to get active again on this forum and would like to place this situation behind me. I can provide any emails, details, etc on the matter or if you have the option to look in my inbox you will find all the info there as well.

From what I remember, there was an issue with a trade not being completed correctly on your side, and there was no resolution on your side to fix it. As you never resolved the issue to my satisfaction at the time, you remained in TTO. You asked about it most recently after I stepped down from being a mod in July, which is why I asked you to speak with a current mod. Not as a brush-off, though because I wasn't able to help you at the time you most recently asked.

I guess you never did check with a current mod, which is why you're posting in here. I'm sure if you speak with one of the current mods, like wubb, they'll be more than happy to look into the issue, as well as ask my opinion on it, as I was the one who put you into TTO.

Ah, yes. I was the guy he was in a trade with that caused the TTO. We orignally had a deal that I'd trade the Grand Theft Auto Tripe pack, The Godfather for Xbox (I believe) and possibly some other item and I would get, I think, Mario and Luigi Partners in Time and a complete version of Phantasy Star Collection for GBA. (I think Tekken Bleemcast was included too) My tradelist originally asked just for the box and manual since I already had the game . He insisted on giving me the game as well since he didn't have use for a cart only game, being a likeminder collector like myself. He sent Mario and Luigi fairly quickly, but waited forever for Phantasy Star. When he did send me the second package, it only came with the box and manual. He defended his action and refused to send me the cart since my tradelist only mentioned needing the box and manual. I don't think that has anything to do with him promisin one thing and doing another.
I can't really recommend trading with Uberzone. Maybe I'm the only guy that got cheated by him, but he was very slow to ship ad worse didn't even ship what he promised.
