You know, all tose information auctions that claim that you can get a system for 20-40 bucks with free shipping if you do something on your computer for 2-3 hours.

Does it work or is it a scam?
What kind of stuff do you have to do?

And why the hell would people give out stuff for only the manufacturing cost?

It is in fact a scam. They send you a document saying that you have to start your own business and then start asking bigger companies for "samples." Another variation of this scam simply points you to freevideogames.com

Yep, as long as there are buyers, there will be suppliers of this kind of thing.

however if u don't mind the ethics of it. It's a great way to make money without much startup costs. No I don't mean doing the scam, I meant selling the scam like everyone else. Haha

Also a good way to catch a really bad case of "wire fraud."

It's a modern variation on a long-time scam.
Back in college when I was naive and had extra spending money, my roommate and I actually sent in for one of those 'Make Money at Home! Learn How! 10.00' things in the newspaper. Sent in our ten bucks....what did we get? Two sheets of paper-one said 'Make Money at Home! Learn how! Only 10.00!' and a place for an address; and the other said 'Put your name and address on the other sheet, make lots of copies, and distribute them.'
I'm still not rich.

Browsing Ebay yesterday I saw a new one that had me on the floor laughing. This guy was selling information about the the next Xbox machine. Specs, estimated estimated release date etc. I wish I could meet the people who would buy that info becuase dam I could become rich very fast.

I found another "deal" in the eBay underworld:

http://www.supereasystuff.com/?ref=5327&deal=1

This one looks like its real, but I can't tell for sure.

[edit] Its real, but its not what it seems. You have to get people to BUY ebooks, so actually you become a sales rep, and they pay you in video game systems. Seems like a lot of hard work, though, and probably not worth it.

I got one of those lists for a penny. Its a bunch of crap. Half of the links are dead. For some you need a TIN. The ones that do work sell nothing but crap. If you want a copy of them, drop me an email to mustangs675@hotmail.com
