Can some one pick out the best Samsung tv for that amount. My old magnavox has bit the dust and i wanna go high def.

It's a little over your range, but Amazon had/has a Samsung LNT4665F 46" for a little under $1700. I ordered one yesterday for $1697.99 shipped with no tax.

I have a 50'' 720p Samsung DLP myself, and I LOVE! it.

I'd go with 4061 or 4065, both should be around 1500, if not cheaper. Actually, if you can wait, 4069 and 4071 are both probably going to get a pretty major price break over the next few months and might be 1700ish before the end of the year. You can already get 4071 for 1800 if you use a sears card, after 10% MIR. But the interest rate is rape.
