Muscle weighs more than fat, so ideally, I should be about 170 or 180 with zero body fat

If you're the kinda guy thats always in a rush like me, then just microwave it on high for about a minute rotate it then set it for another minute. Just don't forget to let it cool for a while. If you need directions on defrosting or how to store so it doesn't go bad PM me.
