I am currently running a GeForce FX 5200 (128MB) and want to upgrade to a better card. Primary game played at this point is EQ2 which actually runs fairly decent on my existing card but could be better. I have a price range of no more than $150 and was looking to get a 512MB card although I would settle for a 256mb if I had to. I already have a 450w PSU to replace my old one so that is not an issue...What do you guys think is a good or decent card for that price?

Current system specs:
P4 2.8ghz
1.25 ghz ram
450w psu

Thanks

Do you have an AGP or PCI-E slot in your machine?

I knew I would forget to put something in there.

I have a AGP slot but unfortunately no PCIe slot.

Do you have AGP or PCI or PCI-E?

Well if you have PCI-E get this Nvidia 7600GT. (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130062)

If you have AGP get this: ATI HIS X1650PRO (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161053)

Is my processor fast enough for a 512mb card or will it bottleneck the cards potential?

I'm digging this card if you are up for a rebate. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814161071

2nd'ed. There may be better prices, but this is one of the best AGP cards you can get.
