i don't think its worth it, i mean there's not that many games there, you could probably find them cheaper elsewhere.

I wouldn't pay $50 for those games. They are some of the most popular ones so lots of carts were manufactured. With a little patience you could get them all really cheap...

that lot is worth 100-125 max.

The only thing that I can see really worth a lot is the Dragon Warriors, and not even 2.

The Dragon Warriors are worth a decent amount and Bubble Bobble 2 is worth at least 50, but it goes for more than that usually on eBay... but that lot is not worth $300. It's worth like maybe $100, but that's pushing it.

DW4 was free to NP subscribers back in the day because they made too many carts...

"Everyone reply here"?

Gee, and I was going to post my reply in a whole new topic.

I think people tend to overvalue old NES games, just because they're old. They forget that they were manufactured in obscene amounts and, much like a 1990s X-Men #1, can usually be found cheap for minimal effort.

I'd say $175 sounds about right, based on punq's calculations and decent CAG discount.

No kidding, really? I know the original DW1 was, as I just sold it, but I wasn't aware DW4 was. DW4 seems to go for a nice price on ebay, but I wouldn't pay that much for it.

I think it was just Dragon Warrior 1.

As for selling the games separately, you would get about $300. You're not getting a deal at $300, but just about what each of the games is worth on the high end. Most of the posts listed are somewhat undervalued. For instance, Tecmo Super Bowl frequently sells for ~$12. Again, these are on the high end of the bell curve but it is not outrageous to claim that those games are worth $300 if sold individually.

By the way, whoever that was that posted Bubble Bobble 2 at a value of $20, I'd bet you were thinking Rainbow Islands. That's not Bubble Bobble 2. If you were not mistaken, I would like to buy yours from you, and anybody else who wants to sell me the game for $20 I would be willing to buy them in unlimited quantity. Wait, I'll do you one better. I'll give you $25 for every Bubble Bobble 2 you can come up with.

One question, do they come with boxes and manuals?

if they do bubble bobble 2 could get 100+ on ebay, I have seen ones cart only go for 50.

Super Dodgeball, 15 or so cart only on ebay.

as for dane, i have traded with him on gametz, he is notorious for making a ridiculous opening offer but he will budge, he knows what the junk is worth but his opening asking price is about double what he thinks he can get for it. I would say $150 for the lot is a fair price.

And knowing what I know about dane he is a pretty shady guy, we agreed to try to get zelda collectors discs about 6 months ago(he had access to a lot of system codes, i had access to a lot of the game codes, he wanted zelda discs, i just wanted nes games. He got 6 zelda discs with the codes I gave him and the deal was he would send me $10 and 6 of the nes games that i wanted. He sent me the $10, and 5 nes games, but he sent mario/duck hunt, touchdown fever, cybernator, platoon and one code for a zelda disc. The only nes game that i wanted that he sent was cybernator, and he sold one of the zelda discs for $40 and one for $30 and as far as i know he still has the other 4.

So basically, dane is a liar and a thief. I think he is can be a fair trader, but do not take his opening offer seriously. He doesnt.

BTW, i only make one offer, i sent you fair prices on the nes games you PMed me about, unlike dane, i dont have the time or energy to haggle like this, i make one offer and if the other guy doesnt like it I walk with no regrets.

Yea, thats way too much, When I offer something to someone, I try to make a fair price for it. And I have had extremely high priced offers from Dane as well. I find it a little offensive, but moral respect aside, he can charge whatever he wants.

Yeah, i dunno about that. Dane eventually realized he pretty much ass raped me with the zelda discs , but a few months later he tried to make things right with me but he didnt really have anything i was interested in. except for a digicam, 2 megapixel iirc. At first he wanted my mario kart dd + 60 dollars for the digican, i countered with mario kart dd plus 5 dollars. He countered with mario kart dd + 15 dollars(this is typical with dane). I probably would have offered him mario kart plus a dvd he wanted(worth about 8 bucks) but i was lukewarm on the digicam

I eventually declined on the deal bc the prices on 4 or 5 megapixel cams are dropping now and i would be worried about his digicam fizzling after a few months. But never take dane's first offer serious;y, dont be morally offended, just counter with something sensible and he will generally OK to work with.
