how do you put images in your signiture

When you click on your profile, there is a space that says signature. Just type LinkToYourImage I think.

Frankly I'm surprised that your picture works. MWL used to have a picture that big. He is the reason we now have limits.

No, he's linking to a host.
You need to include http:// before your link, like this:
http://redgopher.com/img/gopher.jpg
So when you put it in the img tags, it looks like this:
http://redgopher.com/img/gopher.jpg

No, you can't have php pages serve you the image. It has to be a direct link.

Yes. When you uploaded your image, there should have been about 4 or 5 boxes with different methods of showing your image. Copy the stuff in the first box, and put that directly into your sig.
EDIT: Example:
[*IMG]http://img45.exs.cx/img45/198/moxius.jpg[*/IMG]
Without the astericks.
