Not sure where to post this, but if I trade in games and I owe money to Blockbuster from a lost movie will the credit automaticially go to that? If so, can I decide not to put all of it
towards it or what?

The credit you receive from the trade-in will first go towards any balance you have sitting on your account. There's no choice about it and the employees/manager cannot override it (it's just the way the system is set-up).

You have to pay that anyway, so where's the complaint. Were you planning on avoiding Blockbuster indefinitely in regards to that delinquent payment amount?
