Only the DS unless you have XP and use hacked drivers (Google).

The software is now Vista compatible with 1.06.

In for 1, my parents bought two Wii's, one for themselves and one for my brother and his family. My parents don't have a router, only one computer, so this way they will be able to play head to head, and this setup doesn't need to be set up like a "real" wireless router would need to be.

This deal looks pretty close to ebay prices, maybe a buck or two more at most, but then you don't have to worry about dealing with an unknown seller.
