Technically, I bought most of this stuff during the last half of November, but if I posted in *that* thread, most of it would go overlooked. As you can tell, it's been a good month for me - here goes!

My haul of Japanese games for the last half of the month. I'm particularly excited about the original Panel de Pon and the limited edition version of Nocturne in the Moonlight, which comes with a bonus soundtrack CD and artbook.

Apologies for the semi crappy pic... the camera isn't very good and the mirrored case likes to fuck with it. Yes, it is a mirrored case. No flashing lights, no windows. Mirrored. It's pure class. But what are the specs:

The Daxter PSP bundle is scarce? Damn my local BB that just opened down the road has like 20 or so of these on the shelf. Oh and not to mention like 10 360 Elites, 30+ Halo 3 Edition 360's, and copies of Assassin's Creed LE which I have yet to find in any other store besides EB.

I mean if anybody needs anything that you can't normally find, PM me and I can hop on down there and see what I can find. Most people don't know about this BB so most of the stuff that is hard to find and should be easy for me.

I don't think you'll get an answer that will satisfy you if you're looking for one specific reason people like anime. It's subjective, just like everything else in the whole world.

For the most part, at least in all the 'super anime fans' I've met, it's been that it's still new enough to be considered exotic/cool/whatever, and the repetitiveness of most of it is still excused by the fact it's 'Japanese'. (Bit of an over-generalization, but that's been my experience with most of them)

That said, as said before, it's pretty much subjective. Why might I prefer Bioshock over Mass Effect, while someone else would say the converse, despite the fact they both have shooting elements? It all boils down to personal taste.

I got my package from shopgoodwill today. I made out fairly well I think, since I got a copy of Spyro: A New Beginning for PS2, along with a complete 2 disc copy of God Of War II, a copy of Sly 3(GH), Midnight Club Dub Edition and a GH copy of Destroy All Humans.

The only one that came complete was GOW II, the rest were missing manuals unfortunately. Most looked to be in decent shape though, which is weird considering 3 out of 5 had GS stickers on them.

Most of the PC games that came with the package were Windows 95/98, so that means I'm SOL to try and play them on my Win XP PC.

Ahhh well....for $34.34 I made out like a bandit imo.

I got all the original Xbox games because my fiance gave her family my list from 3 years ago. I already owned 4/6 of them, but they were redeemed when I found the 12 month XBL card hidden away behind the Rainbow Six 3 manual.
