I have a chipped PS2 that I'd like to trade/sell. I wouldn't be offering anything that would be construed as "piracy" per se. No burnt/illegal games will be sold or offered, no information pertaining to illegal use will be offered, no standalone modchip (per se), but simply a modded console. I'm not a modder that sells, this was a mod purchased and installed by me for my use. I'm not going to show back up next week (or next year) selling a modded console.
