I guess this is a substitute after Trauma Center sold out...or mayne I'm hallucinating from sleep deprevation. Either way, thought it could use a fresh thread.

Surprising, considering this just came out. Due to the nature of the game and the odd/oversized box, I can see this getting overlooked.

I don't know why I'm interested in this but I am. Maybe it is that oversized box and the fact that it teaches magic tricks but I guess I'll bite. The fact that it's in a big box and it's filled with accessories for the tricks should make this hard to find used and hard to find 6 months from now.

I bought this from Amazon the other day when they had it n sale for $20. Think they'll price adjust?

If all this does is throw up some instructions on how to do tricks, I don't see how this is any better than a book, especially since it doesn't even have animations apparently, just illustrations. Why not just buy a book on magic tricks? Maybe this does more that isn't easily explained. FHow does the DS know that you have learned a trick, especially one involving a physical deck of cards? I'd have to see it, but I'm not sure I'm willing to spend even $15 to find out if this is more than just a gimmick.

I've been eyeing this myself, and it looks like a good xmas present for my little brother. In for 2.

I'm sure it's just a gimmick, and probably not worth the $15. It's just one of those neat, crazy things that makes me want to buy it though. ;)

gamerankings avg rating is 73%. Not bad. Game Informer liked it the most, giving it 8/10.

It doesn't teach you magic tricks. There's 2 modes I believe. 1 where the DS does tricks on you, and the second is where you use the DS to play tricks on people. I saw some videos online and it looked pretty sweet, I def. picked up a copy!

I want this. I wonder if I should get one as a Christmas gift...
IT CHANGED TO 19.99 IN MY CART, damn it. Why?
EDIT: It shows as 14.99 on the page, but as 19.99 in the cart. Lame.

8 out of 10 is a really high score. Not sure if you're bashing the score or Game Informer, but the game seems to be scoring well enough. Concept doesn't interest me, though.
