My favorite part is at the end where it shows you earning Wii Points in exchange for DS stars. I think it would be awesome to be able to earn Wii Points by doing well at games. Kinda like Achievement Points.

Or they could just appeal to traditional Japanese gaming/entertainment sensibilities: Add in some cosplaying cat-chick with tiny fangs, but she's really a dick girl at night, just trying to escape the stresses of dealing with her mech overlords and their love of tenticle rape.

Trust me- give Mario some chesticles, put him back in some of those old racoon costumes (you know, with the ears/tail), and add a number crunching pointless battle system, like the FF series, and the Japanese will eat that shit up.

Mario was made for the U.S. anyway. Fact.

It would be amazing if this were true. It would certainly up the replayability of the game, more-so than what it already is. And it would use the little-used connection between the wii and ds.
