Finally was able to send some games.
Been playing Mario 3, good fun.
Tried out Super Metriod and I hate how clunky the controls feel, plus she shoots so slow. Not liking that one so far, will have to try some more later.

I received Bonk's Adventure and A Link to the Past. Played the first few levels of Bonk and it's amusing. LttP is requisite gaming for everyone, and I'd only put off on it due to monetary reasons, so I'm quite happy to have it.
Thanks again for everything, Zen. And a big thanks to all the CAGs who made this program work out so well. It's a huge testament to ourselves to know that we can do something like this without fear of people getting screwed and whatnot.
Also, CK64 - hating on Super Metroid? That's a paddlin'.

sorry, i was probably the holdup for everybody. i was out of town for about a week. thanks to my santa for actraiser and bonk 3. bonk 3 is a hoot so far, and i need some kind of classic controller for actraiser.

It isn't our decision, and I'd say this is definitely not a time to exchange feedback. You'd have to PM a mod, though, but I think it's highly unlikely.

I'd say probably not, usually you can't give feedback for a transaction that is made off the site. For example, I couldn't give you feedback for a transaction made through eBay.
But maybe the mods will make an exception?

no transaction is made through the site. it's not like the postal service is a subsidiary of CAG. the agreement to make the transaction happened on CAG (rather than eBay), so that qualifies it for feedback here.
according to my interpretation, anyway.

I'm having second thoughts about it now...some people might not have been happy with what they received resulting in negative feedback (which of course wasn't that person's intentions as they might not have known whether they had the game, hated the series, or etc)

No, you're sending gifts. No need for feedback. Seriously.if it was just sending gifts and no need for feedback, then there wouldn't be a feedback screening to join the SSP. it's quite clear there was a transaction of exchange involved, in which case feedback is appropriate. if someone hadn't sent out a gift, wouldn't you feel they had reneged on an obligation? if you don't want to leave/receive feedback, that's your choice, but the transaction is perfectly valid for feedback.

Feedback screen was so no one would be scammed, I don't think that automatically makes it so we should exchange feedback.
I don't think it's valid for feedback as it's considered a gift rather than a trade, two people are not trading to each other. Rather, one is giving to another person and then another person is giving to you.
It's like this:

Rather than:
--> <--
I could agree to give you an invie to a torrent site, does that mean I get feedback? No, because it's not a valid transaction since we're not exchanging anything. I'm gifting to you.
But again, I'm not a mod. We could use one in here to make the decision on this though.
