View Full Version : Does BB pricematch their online deals?
Does B&M BB stores PM their advertised online deals? Also do Reward Zone certificates come in email or on the RZ site itself? (I chose email on the site but I haven't received certificates even though it say I have)

Uh... really?
I've PMed BestBuy's online prices in store many times... without any troubles. The thing is, you have to have a print out of the page, which shows part of the URL so they know it's from their site and it had to have been printed within an hour of you PMing or something (so they know the price is recent).
Their in store computers have different prices from their online site though... they have an intraweb so you can't go to their real website from their store (it's part of a scam cover-up).

It's online on their own website that they PM... you should just go to the customer service desk since they're the ones who do it.

do they PM other online sites ?? like amazon ??
do they PM other online sites ?? like amazon ??
Nope, no Amazon matching. The rule the way we were told is that the price must be for a store that has a local B&M location.

I've yet to find a BB near me that PM their online only sales. Otherwise, they do PM the online price.

I PM'd a sale they had on an iPod touch even though it was "Online Only" but you could do in-store pick-up. Just went to the Customer Service area and told them I saw it cheaper on their website. They looked it up, it was $284.99 and gave me the difference.
I got an online only deal PMed by a new employee I believe, I'm wondering if I should attempt to return & rebuy with the coupon, but worried they will then charge me full price. (the item is OOS now).
