Anyways, I read one of those Sonic comics in the Disney Adventures magazine when the Genesis first came out. Anyways they gave the origin story of Sonic and friends and how the fat Dr. became Sonic's enemy. Apparently he was named Dr. Kintobor and was Sonic's friend until some explosion caused him to reverse his name and become evil.

Heh maybe someone's read that comic, but I don't think its accepted as canon in the Sonic universe. That was some random trivia for you... Dang I really need some sleep =/
