Question about MP4 video format: "Corrupted Data"?

I updated my firmware and now when I save video files onto my memory stick, the files are in MP4 format. I saved it in the Videos file on the PSP.

When I try to play the videos on my PSP, it says "Corrupted Data." Anyone know why this is?

I want to play video clips directly on my PSP w/o converting from PC.

The PSP is pretty picky about the format, size, bit rate, etc. Your best bet will probably be trans coding the files with a PSPVideo9 type program.
